RBCMS is a course management system (CMS), Open Source (free) software package designed using sound teaching principles to help educators create effective e-learning sites. You can download and use it on any computer you have handy or upload it to your web server. For instance, it can scale from a single-teacher site to a University with hundreds of students. RBCMS has been developed by a large group of people. On the other hand, a very small group of people handle the support team, so please be patient.
